Dytania Hudson is the proud mother of Johnny L. Bell III whose life was cut short by senseless gun violence on May 9, 2009, which changed her life forever. In 2010 she started S.T.O.P. (Start Teaching Our People), which is a community-based program that teaches conflict resolution and helps provide resources to mothers during the unexpected deaths of their children. On October 29, 2015, her son Daunte L. Bell was targeted by the Columbus Police, shot, and killed.
